ISS Awarded 5‑Year Contract With Croydon Health Services NHS Trust

CMRCL Croydon Health Services NHS Trust ISS, a global leader in workplace and facility management, today proudly announces a new five‑year contract with Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, providing a range of FM services.

The contract, which is valued at approximately £45 million over five years, will see ISS take on around 300 staff across 8 sites, providing cleaning, portering, pest control and window cleaning to the south London Trust.

ISS management on the contract will be responsible for driving service improvements, including the introduction of specialist service teams managing critical and fast‑moving wards, such as the emergency and radiology departments.

ISS will also implement its innovative technology on the contract, which will include our award winning ServicePoint product and sensor technology to create a targeted cleaning approach.
