ABM, a leading provider of integrated facilities solutions, has been appointed by commercial real estate consultants, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) for facilities management services at its Angel Central Shopping Centre in Islington.
The three‑year award will see ABM’s team deliver a total facilities management (TFM) package of mechanical and electrical, security and cleaning services. The latest win adds to ABM’s impressive portfolio of retail clients, which already includes several other LSH sites located across the UK.

The centre, owned by CBRE Global Investors, is home to a strong line‑up of shops, restaurants and cinema and has recently completed a £16m redevelopment that created an enhanced offer for the local community with flagship restaurant and retail opportunities, a new circular walkway linking the two levels to include outdoor seating and extended leisure facilities.
