Lee Baron Expands FM Team With Two New Hires
Specialist property managers Lee Baron has expanded its facilities management team with two new hires, Amy Boden and Loren Pereira.
Both Amy and Loren will be working on the Selfridges Neighbourhood Property Portfolio building on the existing site team located on site.
Amy joins after three years with Propertyserve, where she primarily managed communications between the FM team of 7 across a portfolio of 65.
Loren brings a wealth of experience from 4 years at British Land Plc. She brings with her project administration and support experience, as well as excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ian Hodgson, Executive Director, Lee Baron, said: “Our FM team continues to go from strength to strength and so it’s fantastic to welcome Amy and Loren to the Neighbourhood team and build on the excellent work our Neighbourhood Manager, Kate Basi, has delivered in transforming the estate”.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Coventry University in Psychology and recently completed the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely course. Loren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science with Psychology from the London South Bank University and last year completed the Ashridge “Performance Through People” programme, which teaches the skills needed to engage, motivate and build high-performing teams.
