Aramark UK Appoints Familiar Face in New Global Account Director Role

Rodney Payne, Aramark UK global account director Aramark UK has appointed returning staff member Rodney Payne as its global account director, in a newly-created role where he will grow and evolve Aramark’s proposition.

Rodney Payne first joined Aramark in 1999 as national development chef and progressed to more senior roles. In 2004 he eventually became director of operations. He left the company in 2010 to join Searcys, and spent 11 years there in commercial operations and regional director roles.

He has plenty of extra experience also, with in total more than three decades working in the hospitality sector. Now he has returned to Aramark UK, he will report to their managing director, Helen Milligan-Smith.

The appointment comes as the country comes out of the pandemic and the hospitality industry reopens, with Aramark focusing on opportunities for growth in these evolving circumstances.
