Bellrock Named As Supplier On CCS Estate Management Services Framework

Bellrock logo Bellrock Property & Facilities Management has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Estate Management Services (EMS) framework.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The EMS framework, organised by Crown Commercial Service (CCS), is available to all UK public sector bodies offering a broad range of suppliers that have successfully demonstrated capacity, capability, and expertise in their respective lots. This allows government bodies to easily access services from a range of suppliers who have already gone through a CCS procurement process to assess quality and price.



With substantial experience in managing complex and sophisticated estates underpinned their technology platform Concerto, Bellrock will deliver Strategic Service Integrator solutions within the EMS framework Lot 7 – Integrated Workplace Management:

  • System: support operational and strategic Workplace Management as configured to the Buyer’s requirements and shall provide the required IT systems, application hosting, implementation, training, support and security for the management of the Services
  • Help desk: the supplier shall provide a Helpdesk facility, which shall be the single point of contact for all Service Users in relation to all Workplace, Property and FM related Service requests
  • Performance management, analysis and reporting: the supplier shall have the capability to provide a comprehensive and flexible reporting solution to cover the functional, operational and strategic aspects
  • Innovation, technology and data
