Mace Appoints Commercial Director For FM Business

Janyne Gan, Mace's new Commercial Director for its Operate business Mace, the international consultancy, construction and facilities management company, has appointed Janyne Gan as Commercial Director for its Operate business.

Janyne joins the facilities management division of Mace from CBRE, where she was Commercial Director for their global workplace business. She has a strong background in the corporate real estate industry, and a great track record within the commercial sector in the EMEA region.

Janyne’s appointment to the newly created role comes at a key time for the growth of Mace’s facilities management business. She will oversee the commercial function for the Operate division, ensuring continuous value on both new and existing contracts.

After beginning her career, Janyne began managing commercial contract portfolios in 2010. She joined the facilities and workplace industry in 2014, managing national contracts, improving the performance of accounts and developing a stronger business.

In her role at Mace Janyne will be responsible for continued global growth of the business, overseeing the work winning team to identify and pursue opportunities with new clients and existing clients.



The appointment comes as the Operate business seeks to build on its success in 2021, securing further international contracts with corporate real estate clients in sectors including retail, technology and professional services.

Mace’s Operate business manages offices and facilities for clients globally, in sectors like financial services, retail and manufacturing. Operate offers workplace experience and facility management services in the UK & Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and the Middle East.
