Service Works Global Extends Scope With Addition of Excitech’s CAFM Business

Person using CAFM software on a tabletExcitech, an Addnode Group company and the UK leader in technology and services for the construction and manufacturing sectors, has announced it has transferred its CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) business unit to Service Works Global, an Addnode company and international provider of facilities, property, and workplace management software. The transfer took place on the 1st of July 2020, and provide clients with a comprehensive and enhanced product and service portfolio across the whole building lifecycle, backed by a combined 60+ years of best-practice software and FM experience.

Service Works Global (SWG) is a leading international provider of facilities, property, and workplace management software with offices in the UK, Sweden, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East providing products and services across the entire building lifecycle. SWG has already successfully integrated Symetri FM, another Addnode CAFM business unit, into the SWG group adding significant expertise in building information modelling (BIM) and digitisation services. The integration of Excitech’s CAFM business will further strengthen SWG’s global FM capability.
