Dalkia UK Secures New Royal Academy Of Arts Contract

The Royal Academy Of Arts building Dalkia UK have been awarded a prestigious three‑year partnership to deliver electrical, mechanical and fabric services for the Royal Academy of Arts.

Dalkia UK will manage four properties in Kensington, Mitcham and two in Piccadilly on behalf of the Royal Academy of Arts (RA) ensuring 24/7 support across the portfolio. Dalkia UK were chosen for their sector knowledge, expertise and experience, that will help the team focus on maintaining and improving the environmental conditions in the galleries and – by providing expert solutions around metering and energy consumption – can support the RA in achieving their Net Zero strategy.

Dalkia UK will work with the RA to ensure activities are carried out sustainably and responsibly. The team has already begun to create a roadmap to leverage their technical expertise, aligning with the RA’s business strategy and goals to guarantee visitors a consistently great experience.



The Royal Academy of Arts was founded by King George III in 1768. It has a unique position as an independent, privately funded institution led by eminent artists and architects. Its public programme promotes the creation, enjoyment and understanding of the arts through exhibitions, learning and the exchange of ideas.
