Known as The Store House, the site is being transformed into a purpose‑built student accommodation scheme featuring:

Working alongside HG Construction, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will install critical safety systems including SFS horizontal lifelines and SEP davit sockets.

  • Horizontal lifelines help prevent falls or minimise their impact, ensuring operatives can work safely at height.
  • Davit systems provide secure access for building maintenance, consisting of a portable davit arm and a fixed base.
