Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is engaged in a contract to provide specialist building access services at a new residential development in north west London.

Colindale Gardens is a new development comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It also includes a residents-only gym and concierge. Access to Central London can be gained via nearby Colindale underground station and Mill Hill Broadway station (via Thameslink to Kings Cross).

Engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialist Ltd are currently using rope access techniques to carry out a full clean of the windows at the residential development.

PTSG’s operatives are IRATA-trained rope access specialists and use this technique to quickly, easily and safely access all areas of buildings to do their work. They also use mobile elevating work platforms and scaffolding where necessary to complete a range of high-level repairs, cleaning and installations, as well as roof surveys and other bespoke projects.
