ISS Included In Crown Commercial Service RM6232 Facilities Management And Workplace Services Framework

ISS and Crown Commercial Service logos The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has announced the successful companies that have been placed on their RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework, with ISS Mediclean Limited listed against six lots covering TFM, Hard Services and Soft Services and ISS Facility Services Limited listed against the remaining three lots covering the same services.

This framework for the provision of facilities management and workplace services can be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

This is the fourth consecutive facilities framework opportunity ISS has been included in by the CCS. The recent market agreement, effective from 9th June, has an FTS value of £35bn. Only those companies that have made the list can bid for the work, which is anticipated to save public bodies up to 10% on the cost of procuring facilities management services such as cleaning, maintenance, security and catering.

Liz Benison, CEO, ISS UK&I, said: “Demonstrating our ability to provide quality services across all levels of the agreement gives us a unique opportunity to help public bodies achieve savings whilst investing in their futures. ISS is extremely proud to be included in the framework and we look forward to partnering with the CCS, Government and UK public sector bodies for a further four years.”
