Bellrock Property & Facilities Management Limited, a provider of specialist risk-focused workplace & property management solutions in the UK, has announced the acquisition of award-winning construction consultancy John Rowan and Partners. The company, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, has previously won the Building Magazine Award for Construction Consultancy of the year (under 100 people).

John Rowan and Partners will sit within Bellrock Group’s Technical & Real Estate Services under the leadership of Neil Triggs, Managing Director for the division. John Rowan and Partners is the first acquisition under new investors Sun European LLP, and the addition will strengthen Bellrock’s technology-driven property services offering and expand its in-house capabilities, including Programme, Development, Project & Cost Management Services, together with Building Consultancy and H&S Compliance advice.
