Arcus FM Appoints First Ever Chief People Officer

Debbie Gregory, Arcus FM's new Chief People Officer 'Technology Led, People Driven' Facilities Management company Arcus FM has strengthened their senior structure by announcing their first ever Chief People Officer to join their C‑suite.

Debbie Gregory has been appointed as the business' new Chief People Officer. The appointment is in response to the significant year-on-year growth that the business has enjoyed since its inception in 2009.

On the appointment, Chris Green, Arcus' Chief Executive Officer said, “People have always been at the heart of our success - and attracting those people, looking after them, engaging them, providing them with learning and development opportunities and best-in-class benefits has always been central to our strategy.

“With the business now employing around 4,000 people, providing 24/7 services across the country and with a growing customer base, the time is right to make this appointment to safeguard that People Driven strategy and ensure it remains at the heart of all of our strategic decisions.”



As Chief People Officer, Debbie will lead the People Team to create an overarching people strategy in support of Arcus FM's business plan and growth ambitions.

Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise over her 25-year career in HR with broad sector experience from public, private and consultancy. Prior to joining Arcus, Debbie has held a number of leadership roles including London Underground, Metropolitan Police and Canada Life. Debbie has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) since 2002.
