Pareto Wins In 3 Categories At The IWFM Awards
Pareto FM are delighted to announce that they have won awards across 3 major categories at the prestigious 2022 IWFM Impact Awards. The accolades received, recognised outstanding impact across the categories of Social Value: in recognition of the Pareto Kickstarter scheme. Sector Breakthrough: for the strategic initiatives that embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) and social value across the organisation. Concluding with CEO Andrew Hulbert receiving the honour of Outstanding Contribution to Workplace and Facilities Management award.
The IWFM Impact Awards 2022, held on 17th October at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, brought together organisations from across the Workplace & Facilities Management industry. Other winners on the night included leading organisations such as CBRE, Mitie & NHS Property Services.
The awards recognise team and individual leadership, combined with showcasing the significant contribution that our ongoing social value activities have on workplace communities, local communities and individual families. We are proud to be recognised as an organisation creating positive and tangible social value through our social responsibility initiatives.

By focusing our facilities maintenance skills that we use daily for problem solving and customer experience to focus on real issues we can not only drive real change effectively but also improve our own lives at the same time.
