Mitie Stays On Track With Eurostar Extension
● Mitie has renewed its security contract with Eurostar for an additional three years, with the option to extend for a further two years
● Mitie will continue to provide services including passenger security for arrivals and departures, train searches, manning e-gates, CCTV monitoring and access control to restricted zones
● The contract renewal continues the partnership between Mitie Security and Eurostar, with Mitie having provided services for the past 14 years
Mitie has renewed its contract with Eurostar, the high speed passenger rail service linking the UK and mainland Europe, extending its relationship for another three years. The contract will see Mitie provide security services at St Pancras International Station in London, as well as the Eurostar Engineering Centre in Temple Mills, and has the option for an additional two years. Mitie, which has provided services to Eurostar for over 14 years, was awarded the contract following a competitive retender process.
