Anabas, the corporate FM specialist services provider to corporate clients, has secured an integrated facilities management contract with German-owned renewable energy company RWE.
The five-year, multimillion-pound deal covers six of RWE’s UK sites, including its Swindon headquarters.
The contract started in December, and Anabas has implemented the smooth transition of services from RWE’s previous supplier. Under the deal, Anabas will supply FM services including reception, security, mailroom management, cleaning, waste management, mechanical and electrical maintenance and building fabric maintenance.
Thomas Rasmussen, head of technical & operational FM UK and international projects at RWE, said: “It was apparent from the beginning that Anabas was going to be a great fit for us as they have a solid reputation in delivering high-quality FM services. They successfully completed a very thorough procurement process and we look forward to working with them.”
Alistair Craig, managing director of Anabas, said: “Our work will help RWE to achieve significant efficiencies and improve overall service delivery.”
RWE's Swindon headquarters is just one of 6 sites covered by the contract.
