Credit And Debit Card Tap Enabled Functionality TOSECO operates with an electronic payments system which allows clients who wish to use a toilet seat cover, to tap/scan their card and once payment has been approved, the TOSECO will automatically and efficiently dispense a single Toilet Seat Cover which the customer can use and simply flush away after use.
