Bennett Hay Appoints Zoë Watts
As Business Development Director

Retention and expansion are the focus for award winning hospitality services business

2019 Leadership team Alistair Day, Anthony Bennett, Zoe Watts, Robin Hay Zoë Watts has joined the independently owned hospitality services business, Bennett Hay, as Business Development Director.

Zoë joins Bennett Hay with standout experience gained at some of the UK’s leading hospitality operators including Vacherin and Tate Catering, as well as heading up events and catering at The Natural History Museum. Zoë also sits on the catering and hospitality special interest committee with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, the professional body for workplace and facilities practitioners.

Bennett Hay has had a run of high-profile workplace contract wins and Zoë’s role will be to further develop the company’s growth strategy focussed on workplaces, as well as diversifying into the conference and event sector. She takes a place on Bennett Hay’s leadership team which is responsible for driving commercial strategy, organisational culture and Bennett Hay’s environmental, social values and governance.

It was one of the first organisations to create a ‘Happiness Officer’ whose focus is to bring workplace experiences and clients’ corporate cultures to life through community engagement. Bennett Hay is also currently shortlisted in the UK Customer Experience Awards ‘21 for its customer-centric culture.

Bennett Hay has built a notable portfolio of offices and estates where the company oversees facilities and guest experiences with clients including Landsec, Fremantle, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Here East and The Leadenhall Building.
